Queravel provides an AI-powered data intelligence platform that enables users to:

3. Account Registration and Security

7. Payment and Billing

7.1 Subscription Plans

Queravel offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan.

7.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing information
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

7.3 Price Changes

We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes indicates acceptance of the new pricing.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Queravel, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) Your Content, (c) your violation of these Terms, (d) your violation of any third-party rights, or (e) any harmful acts related to use of the Service.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for the current billing period.

11.2 By Queravel

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms or our policies
• You fail to pay fees when due
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• Required by law or court order
• Continued use poses a security risk

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination: your access to the Service will cease, we may delete Your Content after 30 days, you remain liable for fees incurred, and provisions that should survive will remain in effect.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

12.2 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.

12.3 Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or breach of confidentiality.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

15.2 Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15.3 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

15.4 Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

15.5 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

15.6 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemic, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

16. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. You may not use the Service if you are located in a country subject to U.S. embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, or if you are on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
